- Find housing assistance: From Island County Human Services and get help with utilities from Island County Opportunity Council.
- Need help with your septic system and can’t afford repairs? You may be eligible for support from Craft3.
- For emergency housing support, get help from the Whidbey Island Homeless Coalition. Ryan’s House for Youth provides support for young people facing homelessness ages 18-24. SPiN Café in Oak Harbor provides daytime shelter services, along with meals.
- Habitat for Humanity of Island County: Local homeowner and housing assistance program.

Washington State Resources:

- Refugee Cash Assistance: Helps eligible refugees and other humanitarian immigrants by providing cash assistance for up to twelve months from their arrival date in the United States.
